Haitian have the moral obligation to take care of each other....
We all know when it rain in Haiti how bad it can get, think about a 2yrs old boy or girl sleeping in a tent the is made of bed sheet. I know you can't believe that is happening ? Sadly it is happenin g right now in Haiti and you can multiply that senario as many 1000 boys and girls.
I am proposing imediate short term solutions to deal with the curent situatuation:
1) Haitian in the diaspora would commit to provide direct one time fanancial incentive for family to relocate out of Port-au-Prince.
2)Diaspora would encourage family in Haiti to open their door to offer shelter for limited time to the victims.
3)Gov would flow recources to support the patern of migration.
4)Gov would offer micro loan to allow people displace to start small venture to get them started.
5)ONG would move recourse with the people and offer reenforcement to the local community
6)Gov would guarranty people who choose to leave Port-au-Prince they will have equal chance to all future reconstruction benefits in Haiti
this framework will make it easier to clean Port-au-Ptrince, allow for decentralization of all Haiti resouces, save and manageble populationsand force the NGO to realy come clean with all money raise on the back of all Haitians Hearthquake victims.
that what i think and welcome your ideas to help and your collaboration to help Haitians
